Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Lead internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting
- Mentor junior accountants and support system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in financial reporting and audits
