Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Colorado state regulations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Colorado tax requirements
- Experience with remote work tools and virtual collaboration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
