Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance activities
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing complex financial reporting cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in multi-state tax compliance and audit preparation
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder collaboration
