Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll operations
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Lead audit processes and regulatory reporting
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with 5+ years' experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Deep understanding of UK tax legislation and corporate finance
- Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
- Experience managing remote teams or hybrid workflows
