Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing.
- Assist with external audits and internal controls implementation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
