Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for leadership reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle accounting operations
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
