Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits, coordinating with external auditors.
- Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare and analyze variance reports to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
