Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future revenues, expenses, and profitability scenarios.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Budget Management: Assist in the annual budgeting process, monitor departmental spending, and recommend adjustments to optimize cash flow.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current financial processes and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and speed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
