Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules for internal and external audits.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, monitoring cash flow and ensuring timely billing.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure all tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
