Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes for the night shift.
- Perform monthly and annual general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP accounting standards.
- Assist in the budgeting process and assist with internal/external audits.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Must be available to work the night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
