Responsibilities
- Perform daily account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Process and verify payroll transactions for all night shift employees.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently during off-hours.
- Generate and analyze variance reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all financial documents and contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
