Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly and nightly closing procedures, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and timely.
- Perform complex account reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to support executive decision-making.
- Manage and audit intercompany transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule consistently.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
