Responsibilities
- Perform nightly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports with precision and speed.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 2+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Must be available to work the night shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
