Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation, specifically for night-cycle transactions.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data by performing daily night audits, variance analysis, and journal entry adjustments.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and internal reports in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate closely with the day-shift leadership team to ensure seamless transition and accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in year-end audits, tax preparations, and compliance reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably in a quiet, night-shift environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and audit trails.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
