Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processing with a focus on accuracy.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and general ledger audits.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for executive leadership review.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our ERP system.
- Reconcile credit card statements and verify expense reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (5 PM - 2 AM).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required.
