Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support executive decision-making.
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Payroll Processing: Manage the night shift payroll cycle, verifying timecards and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Compliance & Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to GAAP standards and company policies.
- Cash Flow Analysis: Monitor daily cash positions and reconcile bank statements to minimize discrepancies.
- Assistance: Support the tax team during quarterly and annual filing seasons.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certification: CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (evenings and overnights).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail.
