Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume daily accounting transactions with a focus on accuracy and speed during night operations.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and balance sheets.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and company financial policies.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.
- Review and audit financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
