Responsibilities
- Execute daily general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Manage and organize digital and physical financial documentation.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team on month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required.
