Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable operations during night shifts.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll for remote and on-site staff with high precision and efficiency.
- Conduct month-end close procedures and perform variance analysis.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory for this specific role.
- Proven experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
- Must be available to work the night shift (approx. 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills and an eagle eye for detail.
