Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger entries, reconciliations, and account analysis with zero errors.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable functions during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure strict data security and confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
