Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger accounts, ensuring 100% accuracy of financial data.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts monthly.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for leadership review.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high efficiency.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) to track financial transactions and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work night shift schedules (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required.
