Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes during the night shift cycle.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of annual external audits.
- Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure data integrity.
- Perform variance analysis and assist in budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proven experience working night shifts is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
