Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger accounting and month-end close activities during the night shift.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, trial balances, and regulatory reports.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal company policies.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently to maintain cash flow.
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and accurately during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
