Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 50+ corporate clients using QuickBooks Online Enterprise
- Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis for executive stakeholders
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-tolerance for reconciliation errors
- Implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance for portfolio companies
- Train clients on Xero and Sage accounting software adoption
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual examinations
- Optimize cash flow forecasting models for $50M+ client portfolio
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Xero certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in sales tax compliance across 15+ states
- Proven track record of implementing accounting system conversions
- Strong Excel skills with Power Query and VBA experience
- Ability to mentor junior staff and develop training materials
- Experience with construction or manufacturing accounting a plus
