Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable processing for the night cycle.
- Execute daily bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist with the month-end close process, including preparing adjusting entries and financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and review financial reports to identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and auditing tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience; experience in a night shift environment is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
