Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure timely filing of all necessary federal, state, and local returns.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and precision.
