Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Perform complex reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting efficiency and financial forecasting models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of tax laws, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
