Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax filings to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules to maintain asset integrity.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting support to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA certification or CMA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in public or corporate accounting environments.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
