Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Ensure accurate tax compliance for federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any financial discrepancies or anomalies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
