Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis
- Lead internal audit initiatives and compliance documentation
- Develop financial models and forecasting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation
- Train junior accounting staff on systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
