Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including accurate month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with external audits and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and GAAP regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA certification or CPA candidacy is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in general accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and relevant tax regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
