Your Role:
As our Senior Accountant, you will oversee key financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Account Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all local, state, and federal tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and enhance internal controls.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certification: CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
