Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of general ledger accounting and ensure timely monthly close processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and external audit schedules.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) to streamline financial workflows.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or progress toward certification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
