Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process for key departments.
- Conduct internal audits and reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the external audit team to facilitate year-end reviews.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support ad-hoc financial reporting requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA certification or Master’s degree is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
