Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for 15+ client portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare tax documentation and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to executive leadership
- Maintain accurate GL accounts and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and Oregon tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with multi-state compliance and audits
- Proven track record of improving financial processes
