Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance on complex accounting issues.
- Conduct internal audits and reconciliation processes to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors during year-end reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
