Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Manage complex general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems for stakeholders
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or actively pursuing certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing financial reporting cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and audits
