As a Senior Accountant, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic insights that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes with precision.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis to identify trends.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and cash flow.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and process journal entries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
