Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and implement internal controls
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for department heads
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Demonstrated experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with minimal supervision
