As a key member of our finance department, you will manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency across our operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and expense analysis.
- Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (Advanced), and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
