Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and support external auditors during the audit process.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and manage expense reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
