As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete the monthly and annual financial close process accurately and timely.
- Prepare complex financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and financial audit schedules.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure cash flow optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
