Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with executive-level commentary
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ high-net-worth client portfolios
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with strict deadlines
- Implement and improve internal controls for audit compliance
- Collaborate with tax team on quarterly tax filings and planning
- Develop financial models for investment analysis and forecasting
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, FASB, and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
- Proven track record meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
