- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct detailed financial audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and expense management
- Ensure tax compliance and assist with tax preparation documentation
- Maintain internal controls and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
