Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns and ensure strict adherence to federal and state regulations.
- Perform complex month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts with 100% accuracy.
- Assist external auditors during annual audits and implement internal control measures.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and budget support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data.
