Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct comprehensive reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and complex intercompany transactions
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
- Develop and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Maintain accurate client accounting records and provide insightful financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience a plus)
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and trends
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present financial insights to stakeholders
