Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and regulatory filings
- Mentor junior accountants and provide financial guidance to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
