Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Conduct internal audits and review financial data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
