Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), QuickBooks, and SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
