Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly and annual general ledger accounting close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets and P&Ls.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and credit card statement verifications.
- Assist external auditors during annual audits and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
